VIAJERO INMOVIL Records is a personal project created in August 1999 devoted to promoting and distributing the music of Independent Progressive groups from Argentina and South America, thus trying to promote all the so-called "Progressive Music": Progressive Rock, Symphonic Rock, Neo Prog, Beat Music, Psychedelia, Hard Rock, Folk, Jazz Rock, Fusion, R.I.O., Chamber Music, Post Rock, Avant Tango, etc.

Quaker is a new and young band originating from the City of La Plata (capital of the province of Buenos Aires, Argentina). The lads decided to form a group under the influence of their own personal musical tastes. Following the footsteps of bands such as Tryo & 3/4 de trio, their attempt is to evolve, through their own vision, the Progressive style inaugurated by King Crimson. In 1999, keyboardist and songwriter Octavio Stampalia (who had previously been a member of the band Anima) decided to hang out with other musicians in order to start a brand new outfit. The combined composing skills of the artists involved derived in their Symphonic Rock debut, which featured passages of somewhat epic and operatic proportions, added to a manifestedly surrealistic lyrical content and a much rockier sound with nice touches of Hard and Art Rock.

This album compiles unreleased music by the bands La Pequeña Banda De Tricupa, La Piedra, Redd, Vassa and Trigémino. Back in 1982, bass player Esteban Cerioni decided to record these songs belonging to the bands he had been a member of, together with a bunch of renowned players of those times. Due to diverse reasons, these tracks remained unknown until now and, as time went by, they became almost forgotten. Oh, by the way, the fellows playing on the Trigémino cuts are the group's original lineup.

After duet Pedro & Pablo's first split, Miguel Cantilo (Pedro) settled in a southern Argentine little village at the foot of the Andes range known as El Bolson, in order to live within a Hippie community. At the end of 1972, he wrote several Psych/Folk songs together with Kubero Diaz(from La Cofradia De La Flor Solar fame) which were inevitably inspired by their gorgeous, rural surroundings. One year later, the tunes were recorded together with a list of key celebrity guests.
