Biography
Trio sub 21 of experimental music based in Buenos Aires, formed at the end of 2005.
Pommez International is an experimental group by focus and a Rock band by volume, intensity and violence.
Anyone who has ever heard or seen this band agrees on how difficult it is to classify them. His music includes a permanently expansive series of styles, among which are Rock, Electronic, Industrial, Jazz, Tango, Ambient, and work with poems (foreign and own) live.
However, Pommez is not eclectic, does not "blend styles", but brings them together in a vision of their own and in permanent expansion. They say: “Noises, radio recordings, conventional instruments, stringed instruments, electronics, voices. We use everything we can to build a catchy and emotionally immediate music”.
In the middle of 2008, Pommez decided to publish his first official LP, which reunites his last two works: "Tríptico" and "Hebras", after a time of playing in different scenarios and publishing his music for free on the Internet. Misleading way to present, in fact, two jobs of less duration, conceived in different situations.
In 2009, they perform in Argentina and abroad - Brazil and Europe - and compose the music of a play.
In 2010 they released under the Sadnessdiscos label the album "Contraluz Contraataque" (SD018), produced by Juan Stewart, a tremendous turn in the band that shows the maturity of its members.
Towards the year 2013 they make a new turn and publish an album of Electronic Latin Music under the title of “Buenas noches América”, taking another musical direction.
