For your own security and ours, we have organized the following ordering procedure:
The only accepted currency is American Dollars through the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or via PayPal through 2checkout.com (Secure retailer) or PayPal directly to our e-mail address: info@viajeroinmovil.com.
1 - Make your choices while surfing through our site and CLICK on the cart right next to each product you would like to purchase. Once your order is ready, click on the GENERATE ORDER FORM button. Include your name and address to which the order needs to be sent to. CLICK on SEND and we will receive your order. You can also place your order by sending us an e-mail.
2 - After receiving your order, we will then send you a pro forma invoice listing the available CDs, shipping costs and the credit card payment link.
3 - Once you receive this e-mail confirmation, please CLICK on the link provided in it and make the payment through 2checkout.com (Secure retailer). After receiving the money, we will then send your order to you via REGISTERED MAIL, and supply you with the corresponding tracking number via e-mail.
* CDs are shipped without their jewel boxes, in order to reduce shipping costs, with the exception of Digi-packs and special formats. If you wish to receive the CDs in their jewel boxes, please let us know by means of an e-mail or fax, and we will notify you of the shipping cost on your pre-invoice.
* In the case of Books and Magazines, you can choose ORDINARY MAIL (a method which reduces shipping costs considerably), though VIAJERO INMOVIL Records does not take responsibility for your order not reaching its destination.
If you have not received your order after 30 days since we sent you our shipment confirmation e-mail, please do not hesitate to contact us.
The weight of the parcels will be calculated by VIAJERO INMOVIL Records, specifying the shipping cost of your order on the pre-invoice.
