  • Manal - No hay tiempo de más - (2017)

In the middle of the 60's, in a basement of Barrio Norte, Buenos Aires, “La cueva de Pasarotus”, began to find several young people born in the 40's, who, attracted by Jazz, tried to slowly change the trend musical from the place to the Beat and Rock. Within this group of pioneers were Moris, Pajarito Zaguri, Sandro, Billy Bond, Pipo Lernoud, Tanguito, Litto Nebbia and Javier Martínez, who gave form to the idea of making songs of Rock and Blues sung in Spanish and reflecting what they lived In everyday life in a country ruled by the military. After participating in a musical experience with Moris in Villa Gesell and being part of La Banda de Gastón, in 1967, drummer and singer Javier Martinez meets Claudio Gabis, guitarist of the Bubblin Awe, and Alejandro Medina, bass player of Los Seasons, with who formed Manal, the founding band of Rock in Argentina.
