Claudio Cardone begins to serve as keyboard player and arranger since the early 1980s, working with artists like Adrian Abonizio, Silvina Garré, Fabian Gallardo, Jorge Fandermole, Ruben Goldín and Lalo de los Santos, among others, in Rosario.

In 1990 he moved to Buenos Aires to integrate the Luis Alberto Spinetta band,  joined at different times, until 2012.

He also served from 1990 to the present, as keyboardist with Illya Kuryaki & the Valderramas, David Lebon, Roque Narvaja, Fito Páez, Juan Carlos Baglietto, A-Tirador Láser, Lucas Marti, Guillermo Vadalá, Gonzalo Aloras, Silvina Garré, Voodoo, Fabian Gallardo, Jorge Fandermole, Lisandro Aristimuño, Ruben Goldin, Tania Libertad, Javier Malosetti, Route Zero, Lalo de los Santos, etc ..

In the last studio album from L.A. Spinetta, "Un Mañana", with Spinetta composed the suite "Canción de amor para Olga", and arranged it.

Among his most outstanding works as arranger are all orchestral arrangements of the album "Versus" IKV and "Elevado" of Dante Spinetta, and various arrangements for the CDs "Los ojos" and "Un mañana” of L.A. Spinetta, different arrangements for the albums "Abre" and "Rey Sol" of Fito Páez, all arrangements in CDs "Luz quitapenas"  and "Corazón de barco" of J.C. Baglietto, etc ...
