Biography

This trio was founded by Molinari after Almendra’s break up. Color Humano is the name of a song, which he had composed for Spinetta’s group Spinetta. With their initial line up they recorded their first album in 1972.

That year Oscar Moro replaced Lebón and modified the musical style towards a rocker one. They made a double album, which was sold as two, with a few months difference between each. Raúl Porchetto played and sang as guest. Although the band had prestige and sold very well, they could not [perform live very often, which made them lose popularity.

They participated in the movie "Rock hasta que se ponga el sol" and in the third edition of Festival B.A.Rock. The band broke up in 1974, after a farewell concert, due to internal conflicts and mainly, by Molinari’s wishes to settle down in Los Angeles.

In September 1995, Molinari-Rafanelli-Moro were tempted by an offer to play live at The Roxy. The show was recorded and released at the end of that year, with old songs. «Those songs are not old, I feel them modern. The music we did in the '70 was quite ahead of the time and it hasn’t grown old. Today it sounds more dense, stronger, but the same», explains Rafanelli. The new versions of "Coto de caza", "Hace casi dos mil años" and "Mañana por la noche" prove it.
