Biography

Miguel Angel Erausquin was a member of the Pastoral duo. After the dissolution of the group he began his solo career, publishing two works of little sales success, but of very good musical quality.

Dissolved Pastoral in 1878, Erausquin formed La Máscara de Menta, a group with which he would not be able to complete any work, which is why he decided to set out alone around November 1979, when he began recording his first album: Towards Freedom, which would see the light. the following year, with the participation of Moro on drums (a member of Serú Giran at that time), Alfredo Toth on bass and Jorge Cumbo on quenas. Once the album was released, he undertook a trip abroad to return only in 1982 and give life to Pastoral again, but with a new musical concept giving life to the album Generacion. The duo came to an abrupt end, when Alejandro De Michele died in a tragic car accident on May 20, 1983. After a long hiatus, Erausquin released a second solo work "Athrough the Sun", but the poor impact on sales and public led him to emigrate again and settle for a few years in Spain. He is currently based in the South of Argentina.
